Email breakfast menus before arrival
If you offer breakfasts, send an automatic email or TXT message 48 hours before check-in with your menu and even photos to whet their appetite. Make sure to ask if any dietary requirements or intolerances. This works especially well at upselling if guests haven’t already ordered breakfast, plus it helps you plan ahead with staffing needs, and reduces waste. Guests appreciate the thoughtful communication, and it sets the tone for a smooth, enjoyable stay.
