be treated as such by us. This information will only be
passed onto the accommodation supplier(s) that you have booked with and
will not be given or sold to any third party without your consent.
Security
We take all reasonable steps to ensure the security of your personal details (including your credit/debit card details).
If your browser is suitably configured, it will advise you whether the information you are sending us will be secure (encrypted) or not secure (unencrypted).
If secure transmission is indicated, your personal information will be encrypted using 128 bit SSL encryption technology.
We regularly review developments in security and encryption technologies. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed as totally secure
and thus we cannot provide a 100% guarantee and as such you are advised that you use the website at your own risk.
Credit/debit card details
Your credit/debit card may be required to confirm/guarantee bookings.
We may securely store your credit/debit card details so that the accommodation supplier can charge you directly according to their deposit/charging policy advised at the time of booking.
Once the accommodation supplier has used your card details, they can remove them from the system so that they cannot be used again.
All card details are automatically destroyed in the system 30 days after your stay.
Email
Emails are only sent to you by us if you make an online booking with us or you have opted to receive our regular email newsletter. You may opt out of receiving newsletters by clicking on the 'Unsubscribe' link in the email.
Inaccuracies
If you have entered any of your personal details incorrectly whilst making a booking, please contact the accommodation supplier directly quoting your booking reference.
